This Returns Policy is to provide you with steps in seeking refund or replacement on items purchased from our online or retail stores. Our goal is to ensure you have a wonderful experience purchasing from Quest Coffee Roasters.
Faulty, or Damaged Items
Please send an email to in**@qu*********.au within 3 days of receiving the order. In your email you will need to include:
- Order Number or copy of your receipt.
- Photo of the product with shipping box or packaging.
- Description of the issue or fault.
Other Returns
We can provide a refund or exchange of an item (excluding shipping) as long as the item meets the following criteria:
- is returned within 14 days from the date of your purchase.
- you include a receipt or other proof of purchase.
- presents ‘as new’ in appearance, is unused, and shows no signs of use, wear and tear or damage. We cannot accept a return for items that have been used.
- Is packaged in its original undamaged and unmarked packaging with all product tickets and tags.
- Item value is less than $200.
You will need to send an email to in**@qu*********.au and shipping instructions will be provided for the return items. Please note, if you qualify for a refund, it will be only for the value paid for goods and excludes cost of shipping.
We do not accept returns on any perishable items, machines, electrical parts, special order items, apparel, books, posters and dvds. So please choose wisely.
