Earl Grey tea is one of the most popular black teas in the world. It is also one of the most distinct due to being infused with bergamot oil which gives it a strong fragrance and malty floral taste.

| Preparation | 1-2 teaspoons, 250mL 90-95ºC for 3-5 minutes. Serve with milk, or if you’re serving black you can add a slice of lemon. Can be sweetened with sugar or honey. |

Earl Grey tea is made from the Camellia Sinensis tea plant. Camellia Sinensis tea plants are grown in plantations in many parts of the world. The tea leaves are harvested by hand, and only the young and juicy leaves are picked. After harvest the tea is dried with additional processing depending on the tea type.
