What’s the difference in the bean options?

You can compare roasted bean tasting notes and characteristics on our roasted bean comparison page. The beans available for subscriptions are also available for one off purchase on our online store. 

What are the “roaster’s choice” coffee bean options?

We offer all our fun options where we’ll rotate your coffee subscription installments through different beans as selected by our roasting team (except Australia Eureka). If you are lucky you’ll find a top tier and limited release roasts delivered to you!.

So I am keen to get started right away. When can I expect my order?

Subscriptions get shipped out on Tuesdays, then it’s about 2-3 days shipping. If you’d like your coffee earlier, we’d recommend purchase of a single order of the beans you’re after, and switching to subscriptions after that.

When do I get charged for my coffee subscription?

You will be charged with each installment.

Why is there a sign up fee?

The sign up fee is there because the discount only starts after the first installment. It’s not so much a fee as it is a cancellation of the first installments discount.

The installment frequency I want is not available. Could you please add it?

Can I cancel any time?

Yes! There are no exit fees, but if you sign up again, you’ll only get the discount after the first installment (as usual).
