This English Breakfast black tea blend is made from a premium Black Assam mix, and has a full rich taste, with a malty finish and soft floral undertones.

How is it made? Blended from a premium Certified Organic Black Tea (OP1) that is made from the dried leaves of camellia sinensis tea plant. Preparation 1-2 teaspoons, 250mL 90-95°C for 1 minute. How is it made? Made from certified organically grown small leaf Camellia Sinensis tea leaves that are steamed, rolled, and dried. Made in the Republic of Korea. Preparation 1 tsp in 250mL 72-85ºC water for 1 min. Hotter water or extended steeping can bring out Sencha’s lingering bitterness and intensify the flavour, which might be your preference. For a traditional cup, prepare using a Japanese kyusu teapot. Tasting Notes Like the ocean with fresh green vegetables, seaweed and grass. Smooth or bitter depending on steep time.
