Loose leaf 100% organic tea

How is it made?	Grown in the Australian tropics on a private farm nestled amongst dense rainforest. 100% Organic.
Preparation	1-2 teaspoons, 250mL 90-95°C, 1 minute. Serve with milk, or if you’re serving black you can add a slice of lemon. Can be sweetened with sugar or honey.
Tasting Notes	Medium bodied, well balanced with hints of malt.
Health Benefits	Black tea is abundant in antioxidants, such as flavonoids (source), that are formed during the oxidation process. They can reduce cholesterol and blood sugar levels, and lower the risk of heart disease (source). The theaflavins in black teas, through their antioxidant effects, are attributed to improving blood vessel function, and support weight loss.
